Terms of Service

Lintel is software for construction businesses to manage jobs, estimates, invoices, scheduling, crews and client communication. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login secure. You may invite crew, subcontractors, office viewers and clients; you're responsible for who you give access to.

Payments

Card payments your clients make to you are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms. Lintel is not a party to the contracts or payments between you and your clients. Any Lintel subscription is billed separately.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lintel to send spam, to impersonate others, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including the built-in email feature).

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep your data safe and the app running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the extent allowed by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Keep your own backups of critical records — the app can export your data.
