LintelPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what Lintel collects, why, and your choices. Lintel is software for construction businesses to manage jobs, estimates, invoices, scheduling, crews and client communication. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account info — your login email, and your company's name and business details.
- Your business data — the jobs, estimates, invoices, change orders, draws, to-dos, notes and documents you create.
- Contacts & clients — names, phone numbers, emails and addresses you add for clients, crew and subcontractors.
- Photos & files — job photos, receipts, plans and documents you upload.
- Location — when a crew member taps "clock in/out," we record the GPS location of that check-in. Location is used only for that time-stamp and is not tracked in the background.
- Device info for notifications — if you turn on push notifications, a device token so we can send them.
- Crash & diagnostic data — if the app hits an error, we record the error message and basic technical details so we can find and fix problems. Not used for advertising or tracking.
How we use it
Only to provide the app: to show your jobs and documents, share a portal with your clients, send the emails and notifications you ask us to, and keep your data in sync across your devices.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the app on our behalf: Supabase (secure database & file storage), Stripe (card payments), and Resend (email delivery). They process data only to provide those services. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Keeping it safe
Your data is protected by database row-level security so each company can only see its own records, and crew and subcontractors only see what they're meant to. Costs, billing and client details are never shown to crew or subcontractors.
Your choices & deletion
You can export your data from the app (CSV / QuickBooks export and a full backup). You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account; for an owner this permanently removes your company and all of its records from our systems. You can also email support@lintel.services for help.
Children
Lintel is a business tool and isn't directed at children under 13.
